What this site collects

The pages themselves are static files and there is no account system, no form, and no comment field — there is nothing here for you to submit.

But every page loads an analytics collector operated by Noxtica, and it begins measuring as soon as the page opens. It records how the page was reached and how it is used, together with technical characteristics of your browser and device. We use that to understand which pages are read and how people move between them.

We do not know your name, and we never ask for it.

Browser storage

The site itself sets no cookies, and neither does the collector.

We write one value into your browser's local storage ourselves: the theme you chose, under the key asrosan-theme, so the page does not flash the wrong colours the next time you arrive. It is read by your browser and never sent anywhere.

The collector keeps state of its own in local storage, session storage, and IndexedDB, which is how it recognises a returning browser across visits. Clearing site data removes all of it.

Device and browser characteristics

The collector reads properties your browser exposes to any script — among them the processor and memory hints, graphics and audio capabilities, and connection type. Combined, these can distinguish one browser from another even without a cookie. That technique is usually called fingerprinting, and calling it anything softer would be dishonest.

The collector is also capable of recording a session — a replay of how a page was scrolled and clicked. We have not turned that on for editorial reading of this site, but the capability ships inside the script and we cannot verify from the outside that it stays off.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

If you have set Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, you should know that this collector does not treat either as an instruction to stop. It reads both and sends them along as part of what it measures.

We would rather tell you that than let you assume a setting is protecting you here when it is not. If you do not want to be measured, a content blocker that blocks collect.noxtica.com will stop it, and the site works normally without it.

Where the data goes

The collector sends what it gathers to collect.noxtica.com, over a channel it encrypts with a key negotiated in your browser. Noxtica processes that data on our behalf; we do not sell it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers, and there are no advertising or social-network pixels anywhere on this site.

Because the script is delivered obfuscated and its transmissions are encrypted end to end, we cannot independently inspect every field it sends. We are telling you that plainly rather than implying an audit we have not performed.

What the site loads

Apart from the collector there is no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no social widget, no embedded video, and no external font service. Every other asset a page loads — the stylesheet, the marks, the artwork — comes from asrosan.com itself.

The one outbound link is to the company's LinkedIn page, and it only does anything if you click it.

Hosting and request logs

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, Cloudflare processes the request itself — the address it came from, the page asked for, the browser that asked — in order to deliver the file and to defend the network against abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, under its own terms.

Asrosan adds no logging of its own beyond the collector described above.

Email

If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with it and to keep a record of what was agreed. We use it to answer you and for nothing else.

There is no mailing list, so you cannot be added to one.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, portability, and objection over data about you. Analytics data here is not tied to a name, so in practice we need something to identify a record by before we can act on a request.

Write to us and we will do what we can: that means asking Noxtica to locate and delete the records associated with your browser, and deleting any correspondence you have had with us. Clearing your site data for asrosan.com breaks the link on your side immediately.

Children

The site is aimed at a general audience and asks nothing of anyone, of any age. The measurement described above does not distinguish by age, because it has no way to.

Products are separate

studio.live, bird.live, and vus.ai are separate products with accounts, uploads, and payments, so each will publish its own privacy notice at launch. Nothing on this page describes them.

Changes

When what this site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date above records when.

It has changed before: this site previously carried no analytics at all, and this notice said so.
